Normal breakfast hours are from 8:00-9:30 AM daily. We serve a fully plated, hot breakfast each day with main entrees at various times including but not limited Homemade Scones, French toast, Eggs, Quiche, Pancakes, Cereals, Potatoes, and Crepes with Bacon or Sausage and Fresh Fruits depending on the season. Please be sure to advise us of any special dietary needs that you may require. This should be done at the time of your reservation so that we may adequately plan our menu. As our menus our planned several days in advance we may not be able to accommodate last-minute requests.

     As most of our guests plan their visits with us well in advance, and given that we only have 3 rooms to offer, cancellations can have a significant impact on us here at Red Patch. Please be sure that your travel plans are firm before booking. We highly recommend securing Trip Insurance. Details of cancellation policy for individual rooms are as follows:
 We require a 50% deposit to hold the room. This deposit becomes a cancellation fee if you need to cancel your room outside of 14 days. Your deposit may be applied toward another date or future stay if you do change plans.
 We require 2 weeks’ notice for any cancellation. With less notice, you are responsible for the entire room rate if we can't rebook the room.
 We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards through Paypal. Remaining balance is due at check-in, when we can also accept cash or Traveler's checks.
 Cancellations within 14 days of your reservation, early check out before the last day of your reservation, or no shows will result in a full room charge.
 If you know you need to cancel, let us know promptly so we can attempt to rebook the room.

     Rates include: Full breakfast, room as described, Wireless Internet, Central Air Conditioning and Heating. Sales Tax of 6% and Lodging tax of 5% are additional.

     Please read all policies carefully before making your reservation. As with most bed and breakfasts, when you stay at Red Patch you are staying at our home. These policies are to ensure the best possible stay for our guests as well as the smooth operation of our Bed & Breakfast.
     A Two night minimum stay requirement applies to all Weekend stays (Friday and Saturday nights) from March thru November. Longer minimum stays may be required for Holidays & Special Events.

     We are a private home, and do not maintain a 24 hour check-in desk. Rooms are guaranteed ready by 2 pm, and check-in is by 5 pm. Prior arrangements can be made for later arrivals.

     11 AM is requested so we can prepare the room in a timely manner for the next arrival. Rooms not vacated by 12 pm will incur an extra $50 charge.
